Test performed in quite similar condition of last time: after some hard loads followed by two days of rest.
First 10 minutes warmup 5 min@150w and 5min@190w
Then alternating 90/75rpm with one minute rest (12 o'clock) between and finishing with 15minutes@90rpm.

can you sent csv  and what was the load in the RPM  section  how many wattage ?
 Nice  work  great info  let's look at it closer  again.

Attached the csv file.
Load was always the same (210/215w) except for the warmup.

Just to finish the data collection on this case, the delta-pars graph. cadence_delta.png After the first 10 minutes, SmO2 is very stable (balance delivery/utilization) during the loads with tHB increasing except for the last load @75rpm where it was stable or slightly decreasing despite increasing HR.
