I saw variants of data interpretation in seminars on YouTube, in my opinion they are not very objective. 3 picture is a schematic representation of my view. (click to see better)
1) SmO2 should always be evaluated together with heart rate, not by itself or separately.
2) The first 2 slides do not have an objective evaluation of the strength of the muscles! Assessment of Thb is anecdotal. 5 second sprint, weight in the squat, leg press, the size of the thigh (the goal is 60-65 centimeters, with dry, fat-free)
3) In an ideal situation, one can increase N * 3 to N * 2 or N * 2.5
4) In most cases, the FTP does not rise to the level of 50% of the 5 second sprint, so more is needed, 2.5 or 3 *N
