Hello, today we have done this 5-1-5 protocol usina a Vo2max machine, in cycloergometre. 

Intervals of 20W, starting at 50W. 

Couldn't download the other data from the Vo2, but we have some graphs. 
I can see how is a good athlete that can recover so fast, and we can see that in one point he uses more anaerobic than aerobic section, goes down from the middle, and still recovering very well, in terms of smo2.

We want to see as well, from the beginning, if it is posible, comparing with the FTP, and finding warm up zones and resting zones for the intervals.
