Hi,

Reading a couple discussions re: physiological reactions and subsequent stimulus from assessment/workouts differing based on the current training load.

Wondering if there is a decently firm thought about a standard of recovery that is ideal to produce the best most useable MOXY info/outputs derived from a 5 1 5 ?

If there is, will it hold up for both trained and untrained subjects ?

There  are different  ways  to assess  whether a recovery  is  optimal or still needed. I will show  the  closer  feedback  from Daniele's   2  TIPS.
 I  use  TIPS  without  double loads  and 4 1   new  4 one  to see, whether a  client is ready to  go again or  benefits  form more recovery  time.
