Hey everybody,

I thought I would start a new discussion on practical applications for Moxy in cycling. Just some workouts that are common in the sport. I hope that we can see what works and what doesn't and then try and figure out why.

here I started with a warm up for 20mins then did some different intervalsand then 15/45's.  you do a max effort for 15sec. then recover for 45. then go again. I think you can see in the Moxy graph how I recover as best I can in the first set at the end of the 15/45's (the short intervals at the end of the ride) but by the 3rd set its all but over. only made 3 sprints.

What do you guys think?
