Suddenly before an assesment MOXY disconnected from Peripedal and doesn't reconnect anymore.
1. The MOXY itself seems to be ok as it connects to Garmin and shows data.
2. The PC and ANT+ stick also works as (re)connecting other ANT+ gadgets (HRM, cadence.) works seamlessly.

Any ideas?

It is so frustrating as I can not do any assessments and there is no response from official Peripedal website.

Hi AED,

If you connect your Moxy to the Moxy PC App, what does it show for the DeviceID, Serial Number and Model number?

The Device ID and Serial number should match the number on the top of your sensor.  The model number should be 3.

If any of these are wrong, I can send you a procedure to fix them.

The problem is that the sensor forgets its ID once in a while.  We're still looking for the source of this bug.

Here's a video that shows how to fix it.

Thanks, it works.
What about firmware version? I see that mine is 1.0 and yours is 1.1
