I have a bunch of questions about muscular tension(s):
1. Are there any good references for this?
2. How does muscular tension limitation show in ThB/SmO2 graphs?
3. Are there any obvious symptoms (ie, subjective feeling) for this limiter?

Need  some more  feedback or  explanations  on "
 What  do you mean with muscle tension.?
Or  do  you mean  muscle tension.?
Explain  situations  where you look or  tension or tonus. 
 How  to you make a difference whether it is tonus or  tension :
Example  stretching of a  muscle so you have to combine  NIRS  and SEMG  to be sure  you change tension and not  tonus.

I am referring to "muscle tension" in one of the Moxy blog posts by Roger:

Roger describes what happens to SmO2/ThB in this case.

But, I am wondering in a sport like running or skiing, how does
muscle tension manifest (in terms of subjective feeling)
and what are its causes?
