Hi Sebo,

Moxy was on VL and easy pedalling between the repetitions.

I've zoomed the third intervals in both workouts

Second Workout

Comparison bpm-smo2

and thb comparison (not great because of the different levels):

I have noticed in my workouts, if my cardiac is not fully recovered, or my leg muscles are heavily fatigued, if I do not stop completely, but just pedal through at 50ish watts, my tHb might not spike at all, it will be flat line. On very good day it will spike despite I'm pedaling through.
If your cardiac system is recovered you will see tHb spike during recovery on not engaged muscle, but if at the same time your leg muscles are still fatigued, you might see flat tHb line at VL.
