Did a nice long and windy ride yesterday.  Lots of hills.  The device ran without issues; paired up nice and provided data throughout the ride.

I tried to pay attention to how I felt in relation to the SmO2 reading.  30 seems to be the sweet spot.  I can maintain 30 for quite a while and I'm pushing pretty good when I'm at 30.  Anything below 30, down to 20, I'm pushing at an unsustainable rate and incurring exertion debt that I need to repay later with an Sm02 higher than 30.  That's my very unscientific analysis!
