Hi from Greece
Today was the first time that i run with moxy and the truth is i am very confused.I attach the data from WKO4.The run was an easy 17 km and except the first kilometer and the last 3 km the other kilometers were almost flat.
Isn't  my smo2 too low?
I must mention that i have exercise induced asthma
PS I had to stop several times because of traffic lights and to drink water (it was a very warm day)

Could you download the csv document from Moxy? Is better
You can detail a little more about where you have placed the Moxy and how you have placed it

What kind of training did you do? ¿Heart rate? On a treadmill or on the street?
The problem of running is that there is a longer compression time of the muscle (eccentric phase + antagonist phase) that is why so much noise is observed. You should average the data in the excel.
At least that's my opinion

The absolute value of SmO2 depends on many factors (which muscle you put it on,
thickness of fat layer, etc.).

If this was an easy run (as you indicate by 70% HRmax), I would certainly
expect your SmO2 to be more less flat (or even slightly rising), but much
much higher. Your numbers are very low and your SmO2 trend indicates that
your run either wasn't very easy or that you were running on hills.
