Here are  some examples of test with MOXY data's.
This are for endurance assessments, where we like to find the  "famous" zoning or intensities or how ever we like to call it. First simple step is :
intensity one  is an intensity , where the supply on oxygen is above and beyond the usage  of oxygen or  in other words, the delivery of oxygen is  more than the demand. Okay let's start with an overview.
Test : " IPAHD"  Compu trainer Protocol for this client :
1. 5 min 100 watt / 1 min total rest( test leg always at 6 o'clock position ), repeat 100 watt 5 min again
 1min rest.
2. followed by  5min 150 watt / 1 min rest /  5 min 150 watt/ 1 min rest.
3. followed by 5 min 200 watt / 1 min rest / 5 min 200 watt / 1 min rest
4. followed by 5 min 250 watt / 1 min rest / 5 min 250 watt / 1 min  rest
Stop end of test .
The   att shows you the result from just MOXY.
Now to start out interpretation don't assume or hues, just look what you really can see and  do not make conclusions as of yet.
Yellow is always now tHb ( total hemoglobin ) and is used as an indication of blood volume in the tested area.
Green is always SmO2  and is an indication of increase or decrease or plateau of  oxygenation in the  tested muscles. In this case it is the vastus lateralis  of the right knee 1/2 between SIAS and  fibula head line . Taped on the skin. covered with black cycling shorts.
Yellow going up means increase in blood volume ( tHb )  in the tested area.  and therefor yellow going down is decrease in blood volume.
Green going up means increase in oxygenation in the tested area and  down is  decrease  in the tested area of oxygen.
Look at the levels and the trend and make your own interpretation and ideas.
First simple questions for three  " zoning "or intensities.
 1. Where is O2 delivery more  than demand.
Where is blood volume increasing and where its perhaps decreasing.

This will give you perhaps 2 answers as the tHb may be different than the SmO2 trend.
So you may have 2 " intensities" one easy where SmO2 and tHb increases.
One where you may see SmO2 increase but tHb dropping  or visa versa.
So let's start with this  question. 1. Recovery intensity , where  and what would I recover.
Units you can compare with   from before.
HR for the  levels or wattage or speed.
What we would look  is  HR. RF and SmO2  tHb.
So in this client the HR   in the 100 watt  was 113 +- 2
In the 150 watt  HR was 125 +- 2
 IN the 200 watt  first 200   137 +- 2  and the second 200  141 +- 3 .
 250  HR first 250 was  154 +- 2  and second  250 HR was  159 +2

 RF  100watt 15 +- 1
150 watt  16 +-2
200 watt   22 +- 2 first   200 watt second 25 +2
250 watt   38 + 2   250 watt 44+4.

So you look at each level : 100 watt  HR stable both steps 113 RF stable 15 SmO2  ??? tHb ???
150 watt HR stable 125  RF stable 16  SmO2 ??? tHb ???
 and so on.
Question, where are most of the system with our three bio markers HR. RF and SmO2 stable and where is what system showing a trend of change ?
Here your task  form this assessment. What system may be  the limitation and what system  may try to compensate and how is it doing that.
Now  this simple example could be an easy way  for a short assessment  and overview (performance test )  Eternal F was looking for..???
Now you can see, where the Bio - Watch comes handy
