Hi, I've just bought a new MOXY monitor and I'm working with two monitor in my computer who is W7. My problem is when I connect the monitor, The Moxy App detected it but I try to connect it and stay in the time connected elapsed lot of time. I check if there are any problems with the drivers and I reinstall all of them but still doesn't work. Thank you very much, Sorry for my English, I'm not native speaker

Hello adrigc13, Do you have any other devices plugged into the PC at the same time as the Moxy that could also be showing up as a COM port? Try selecting a different COM port from the pull down list or uplugging the other devices to see if that works. Roger

Today one of my moxys is doing the same thing. It will not even charge, well I assume so since the green light will not come on. Normally when I open up the Moxy app with it plugged in a yellow light will turn on. But not today. I had problems once but reinstalling the drivers fixed it. However, I cannot do that as the Moxy app will not connect. Any suggestions? I have tried 3 different cables and 2 different ports.
