Could you guys please help me to establish zones from this test?
it's 1km climb (7% gradient) with 2 min of rest in between. Power started from 250w with 25w increase per step, to the failure. I hope it's an interesting exercise, and the steps aren't too short
Moxy was set on the right VL.
