Hi Everyone! I know this forum isn’t too active but I wanted to share a success story. I purchased three monitors to complement my work with injury prone runners. As a side benefit, I have used a single sensor to monitor my own training in real time. I use the monitor for both recovery days (super saturated runs) and workouts (I stop the interval when I downward trend, allow myself to reach full saturation and then repeat). My workouts are uphill workouts because I’m a mountain runner. I am female runner and just turned 40. I jumped into a large road race, beat all the young women and won! You can see my splits from the race. The Moxy Sensors have changed the way I train and the way I train my athletes.
