Results from 5k in Willmar this morning are shown below. The first half of the graph shows warm-up running and strides, walking, stretching, and standing around. Today, I wore the monitor under my tights then wore the strap on the outside of my tights. Big mistake! At about mile 2.5 (about 20 minutes in to the race) the monitor slipped down my leg and stayed lodged just above my kneecap for the remainder of the race. I thought the readings after that point would be off after that point but they don't seem to differ a whole lot. Kind of disappointed that it didn't stay where it belonged.
