Hello, Just starting to use the 5-1-5 on some of my athletes, thankfully they are very willing to give it a try. I've done 3 so far and can instantly see how different each one is to each other.
My initial thoughts on the attached is a respiratory limiter,
moxy on right VL
Athlete has a climbing THB(good inflow) so I believe good CO overcoming muscle compression.
But when I zoom in on the last few steps I believe I see a quick drop in both Smo2 and THB as the load drops off. Which I believe in simple terms is the body is protecting the blood supply to lungs so there is a delay in it getting to the legs when load comes off.
Any other interpretations more than welcome
