Took Moxy in my 14 mile training run today.  Not a very remarkable run as terrain is mostly flat with few small hills.  Oxygenation stays pretty consistent once the muscles are warmed up.  My pace was pretty consistent as well.

Hi Dawn,
I've looked through your posts and you've got a lot of good data sets.  Do you happen to wear a Heart Rate monitor while you run?   I think it'd be interesting to see that data on some of your long runs as well... since I have not been able to get myself up to those distances  

If you do use one, if you let me know what kind it is, and what you use for data download onto computer (if you do that)  I can try to help figure out how to get that data into a graphable format as well.
